Hi Folks, 

I have a question I hope you can give me some sort of answers from experience.

I have a PSA of 17 and my MRI showed PIRADS 4, I've a while to wait on biopsy and understandably nervous. 

Has anyone here had similar figures and if so what kind of gleason score/treatment/outcomes did you have? TIA

    Actually Pirads  4 just means could well be cancer but not Def and biopsy needed to confirm.

    But the interesting bit is what does the MRI actually say about any potential tumour so if u ask for a copy of the MRI report that should tell u more about any tumour size and location.

    Best news will be , well obviously not cancer , if any tumour contained in the gland so easy to treat and potentially very curable.
