Am I correct, read somewhere this can effect you cholesterol levels, is this right. Just had my yearly medical and bloods showed my cholesterol is high. can't eat any more healthy and I do plenty of walking don't smoke nor drink any form of alcohol, so can't think of any other reason

There was a thread about this a couple of years ago but I couldn't find it. From what I remember the jury was out on the question as some said it did and some said it didn't!!
