Hi all. I’ve finally got a date for my 20th Aug although I did have to contact the PALS service at the hospital to get a date as no one seemed to have any idea. I am currently doing pelvic floor exercises and trying to drop a bit of weight. Any other advice ? Also how long after the op could I possibly fly as after the last few months a holiday would be a good tonic. Thanks Simon
Hello Simon (Simon64)
Good luck on 20 August - I hope all goes well for you.
The general rule is not before 6 weeks for flying and if the recovery is good there should be no issues.
Kind Regards - Brian.

Hello Simon (Simon64)
I have been in Turkey for a week with 4 more to go - it's a nice 38c here today. .
There's nothing like a holiday so I hope your surgery goes well and you can get away soon.
Kind Regards - Brian.
