Had a pain meeting today with oncologist as hubby has more bone pain. ( Had 1 zap back in March, now booked in for 5 more in same place) .Psa still on the rise so enamulamite is not doing its job. Been told it more chemo followed by radium treatment. So my question is will that lower his psa and will hormone treatment work again after that? Has anyone got experience of this treatment because as usual I'm panicking.. thanks.
Hi Gardening lady , I hope the RT has the desired effect this time. As far as I know, chemo doesn’t impact the HT, we all respond differently to treatments and often simple changes to meds can have a big impact.
Best wishes, David

Thanks for the reply. We had chemo 2 years ago but the treatment he's on is not working so we need to do it again. Fingers crossed.
