Your stats in themselves are ok, Gleason 4+3, if caught early enough, has a very good chance of cure, or being treatable for many many years, your consultants, because of your stats, will be waiting for all results to suggest a treatment plan. Though I would be asking why treatment hasn't started yet, when you will see an oncologist, a list of all treatment options even ones not available at your hospital, a copy of all minutes and scans, and ask about genetic testing too, I'm sure guys who are/were 4+3, will be along to give you their experiences and knowledge.
