Hj my husband is months into his hormone treatment and is suffering terribly with hot flushes. Anyone out there got any tips for him.?
Hello Goal shooter
I had terrible hot flushes. Sage Tablets sorted them out for me - it took about 10 days before they stopped.
I use "Menoforce" available from Amazon or H&B. They are a tad expensive but they work for me - they don't work for everyone.
Good luck and I hope they work.
Best wishes - Brian.

Goal shooter I tried acupuncture in my ears, of all places. 5 sessions of 9 needles... after 3 sessions I downloaded my Hot Flushes to Warm Flushes.
I only ever had mine in bed. Turning the pillow over helped, giving me a cool fresh pillow for my face.
Brian Millibob said Sage tablets worked for him. Quite a few men have said that. I was a bit sceptical.
Hope you find something that works.

Hi
The best thing mitigating hot flushes is excercising, preferbly every day. Walking, jogging, swimming, lifting weight, doing excercise band, biking and etc. Excercising is the best thing to counter act most side effects and especially hot flushes, fatigue and tiredness.
