Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.
Best wishes

I take it that the raki is acting as a good anaesthetic.
33/34C forecast here in Greece as well so plenty of factor 50 and sitting under the umbrella. Out again tonight for a meal - it's a hard life but we aren't weakening.
Sending big hugs across the water to you and Lorraine.
Hello Alwayshope
Well I sleep better when I have had one - 6 hours the other night before the walk to the toilet - so yes - cracking anaesthetic!
It's our local fruit and veg market today so we will stock up on salads, although so far 2 out of 3 nights we have been to out local kebab house!!
Life is great - enjoy your meal tonight - and thank you for your support - it means a lot.
Kind Regards - Brian xx

Hello Amnesiac. I hope you enjoy your time in Corfu - have you tried the Fix beer? We live in Greece and it is definitely warming up so bring your factor 50 and sun hat.
Thanks Alwayshope. We’ve been going to Corfu every year for about the past 20 years and love it. In the early days it was always Fix but not so easy to find now. I do like Alfa. Hat and sunscreen all ready :)
Well what can I say?
The oncologist has agreed the little buggers are somewhere but the scan can't find them!!
We've agreed with my high original PSA of 182 not to take any further action until my PSA exceeds 10 so I am back on 3 monthly PSA's but NO TREATMENT at present.
Life is good!!
Thanks everyone for your support - It means so much.
The journey continues.........................
Kind Regards - Brian.

Hi Millibob - well, I already had this news from you on WhatsApp. This is fantastic news! Great for you to post on the site - it’s going to be SO reassuring for so many people. Mrs AW and I are extremely pleased for you & Mrs Millibob. I can’t wipe the smile of my face!!!! You obviously have a high secreting PCa (hence your presenting PSA of 183, but still only T3a) - Some men have PSA of 6 and are stage 4. Really, I’m made up for you - it’s made my day!! AW
Brian, glad to hear you finally got your results, even though they aren't the best!
So, no treatment until your PSA gets to 10. It probably won't ever get there! (Positive vibes).
What is your PSA now, if you don't mind me asking?
You have the whole weight of everyone here in 'Macmillibobland' behind you!!

Well ain't that something? There's always the weird happenstance comes along that throws all understanding into meaningless junk!
I guess at 3.8, if you were a new patient it would be treated just as it is being now. I.e. let's wait and see and then we know where to go and what to do.
As a positive person and someone who's been there before, I don't suppose this is overly worrying. As my Grandma used to say, "what are you worrying about, if you can't change it, no amount of worrying is going to help anybody least of all you." Just keep on truckin' having those holidays and excellent food ( I wish you didn't describe it so well, I love the stuff....).
All the best
Peter
