Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.

Hi Steve. On reading your post to Brian, I’m sorry to read you’ve been really up against it. Any support you get is a good thing. When I felt bad and really low, I came across a guy called Noah Rasheta. It was suggested I listened to his first 5 podcasts on Secular Buddhism. You can easily find these on all podcast forums. All I can say is that they massively helped me and still do to this day. Especially episode 5. They helped me put life and life’s ups and downs, however tragic and challenging, into some kind of logical perspective. I’ve listened to them several times as not all the stuff sinks in first time round. Forgive me if they’re not for you but if they do help then great. Best wishes and good luck always
Hi Brian
just read your post and I just want to say that jt did make me laugh when you was talking about not getting past the pub with your new dog . You keep going and I send warm wishes to you . You have kept me sane though this journey with my brother first to reach out to me when I nervously posted . I can’t offer any advise because all I know about prostate cancer is all you have taught me you have been amazing on here always there for everyone
so take care and stay your positive self

Hi Millibob - nice positive update and nice to see that, mentally, you’re on an even keel. I fully expect your PSA to take a nosedive as it did (continuously) when you were previously on the HT. As others have said : we need you so keep the diary updates coming, alongside your invaluable encouragement to us all. AW
JPMJIG thanks for that. I'm a bit sceptical... But I might give it a go.
I've come across Buddhist Monks in my travels, mainly in Sri Lanka. Their calmness and how they like their lives is great to witness.
I'll let you know if I do.
Thanks
Steve (SteveCam)
