Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.
Best wishes

Brian, Alpine Wanderer sums it up perfectly. Then best of all:
Go and enjoy that beautiful property that you own in Turkey and I’ll toast that first Efes beer “to our champion”.
I think that if it was really bad news, they would have had you back in straight away!
Do they know you are "Millibob "???
Whatever the results, you have Lorraine to keep you right! And you have us!!!
Fingers crossed for the football today, I'm sure Oldham will win!
Steve (SteveCam)
GOOD MORNING ALL
Well thanks Alpine Wanderer for the post - "We" (Mrs M) and I are both in a good place thanks.
As for the football - I have had no alcohol since Saturday tea time (driving Sunday) but what a day. I am emotional having been on HT but I have no fingernails left. That's what following Oldham does to you. If any one is a Southend fan - the one's I met yesterday are a credit to your club and I wish you all the best next season.
Right - time to pack my smalls (which aren't too small) Turkey here I come .
Kind Regards - Brian.

Morning Brian. I have 4 relatives who are Shrimpers fans and were at the game. They said what a great game, obviously upset but fairplay to The Latics. Highest crowd for National league final too, credit to both sets of fans. Enjoy your break in Turkey.
Hello BoroG
We had the chance to win in normal time - and came back twice from behind. What a cracking day out - the football was top drawer.
Highest crowd for National league final too
It's a world record - highest crowd for a tier 5 football match.
"Party in the Park" tonight from 5 at BP. I have my dancing shoes ready.
Kind Regards - Brian.
