Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.

Hello Everyone
UPDATE:
So PSA Test yesterday and consultants meeting today.
My PSA hasn't doubled in 3 months - it's quadrupled to 27.5 . What's more my eGFR (Kidney function) has dropped 10 points in 12 months from 61 to 51
so the plan is:
* Start back on 28 days of Bicalutamide today.
* In 10 days (ish) a 6 monthly Decapeptyl injection (Hormone Therapy).
* Rescan to see just where the little bastards are on holiday (in the next 2 weeks).
* Appointment with GP practice pharmacist to see if I have a medication clash as I am also Type 2 diabetic, to find out the reason for the reduced eGFR.
* As I had issues with weight gain on my original 3 years HT Consultant has advised GP practice to sort me out with a weight loss jab! .
* HT isn't for life, to be reviewed on a regular basis with the intention of me having a HT Holiday when possible.
* Next Consultants meeting once the scan results are in.
Considering I started this journey almost 4 years ago, with a PSA of 182. a Gleason 9 (5+4) and an eGFR of 8 I knew this was on the cards. Mentally I am ready for the new challenge - to quote Chumbawamba:
"I get knocked down, but I get back up again, You're never gonna keep me down".
Kind Regards - Brian.

Oh, Brian - not the news you wanted to hear but it sounds very much as if your oncologist is all over this and is acting very proactively and in your best interests. How are you and Lorraine feeling and coping with these latest developments? I send you both love and hugs and hope you can, as you say, quickly get back up again. X
Hello Worriedwife
I feel great - I have direction, a plan and I know where I am with this. In the big scheme of things we expected this from day 1 (lifelong HT was mentioned at the start).
Lorraine was a little shocked, but we had already talked about the "what if's" and it could have been much much worse. Like me Lorraine now has a plan and we know where we are going.
Life is good for both of us - I am 70 next month but we are still both very mobile and have a very active life - and this little set back isn't going to mess with that.
Thanks for your support - it means so much.
Kind Regards - Brian xx

Hi Millibob - writing this - literally - from an Alm high up in the Austrian mountains. Let’s face it, this isn’t your first rodeo and you & I were both expecting this type of news (although after seeing the quadruple figure, I’m glad to see you imminently back on bicalutamide / HT. Bigger picture: you’re not going anywhere as you respond well to HT. Must dash, as clients have finished their apple strudel and we need to push on. I’ll PM (WhatsApp) later. Great attitude as always - you’re an inspiration to others. AW
