I spoke to the Oncologist last Tuesday and have been advised to stop Abiraterone and Olaparib for a couple of weeks
They're plan is to restart it with a lower dose of Olaparib in a couple of weeks
So I have 2 weeks of not feeling like crap all the time.
Hopefully the reduced dose wont be as bad.
Currently I feel much better, I still have a bit of fatigue from the Triptorelin injection but it's nothing compared to how I was feeling on the 2 drugs
It's like having a 2 week holiday and I intend to make the most of it ;-)
Hello Slartibartfast
Thank you for the update - enjoy the break and I hope the plan for the reduced medication keeps on working for you.
Best wishes - Brian.
