A small, occasional side effect that I have. Happens mainly at night. No idea if caused by radiotherapy to pelvis, or hormone therapy. Sometimes it doesn’t occur for a week, but last night was itching in the night. Treating with Eurax itch relief cream. Anyone else had this? AW
Good Morning Alpine Wanderer
I had a couple of months where my entire body was in need of a good scratch. My GP thought (thought eh! - he should know) it was my HT and suggested changing the HT. As I was happy with the injections I went for creams. After trying about 6, I stuck with Childs Farm Baby moisturiser and Aproderm (free on Prescription).
I still use Aproderm on any slight irritations and think it's brilliant.
Best wishes - Brian.

I use the pump dispenser - it's the emollient cream. As I originally got it on prescription it's on my repeat list if I need any - so I have one here (Turkey) one at home and a spare - just in case.
Best wishes - Brian.

Hi Alpine Wanderer , I have had itchy shins for some time. I go annually to have a dermatology check as I have lots of moles. The dermatologist diagnosed early signs of eczema and recommended Cera-ve (got it from Sainsburys). All cleared after a week.
