So, this happened today.
37 days of radiotherapy completed.
2 more years of HT to go.
The "mothership" of the cancer is pretty much dead and gone, and the radiotherapy will continue its work for some time to come.
Hopefully the HT will mop up any stragglers.
For those who urged me to do so, the bell was well and truly rung. I was thinking of this group when I did it. All of my immediate family turned up to watch. I didn't know they were going to do that.
I'll put up another post about how the radiotherapy actually went on another day.
For now, I am just happy that this corner has been turned.
