Thanks for your help, I already try to see that ,my health insurance as protocols with lots of institutions in Germany, Spain, Belgium, and others ,I consider that possibility, but try to see on Internet and it's all very vague, if you check here in the netherlands they also say they radiate the lymph nodes but you never see all the details. Try to talk next monday with my oncologist so she can help me find a hospital or clinic that can help me at least to radiate all my positive lymph nodes and hopefully a bit wider .
Yes, it’s unusual of course but spread is not = T stage. Spread is more connected to the aggressive type of cancer. It’s also like you say, normally high PSA is also connected to spread and mets and then you have persons like Millibob with high PSA but no N1 or mets and other persons with low PSA and still mets.
PC is surely not ’ one size fits all’. Murcao have locoregional spread ( e.g. N1) that might explain the higher PSA. But have had the scans that confirm the diagnos.
Yes I went to Finland to a private clinic ( Docrates ) for my salvage treatment.
