I had my prostate removed on October 9th, all seemed well, then I had the catheter taken out on 21st, it seemed really sore so I went to the GP day after and was told it's a possible infection so I was taken to my local Accident nd Emergency same day and kept in overnight, I was given introvenous antibiotics and saline painkillers and sent home 23rd. Now on oral antibiotics and hopefully it will clear up soon. Very tired but have healed quite well overall.
