Do u have a Gleeson score
Steve
So all your stats are quite low really, slightly odd that PSA gone down usually it goes up slightly.
Active surveillance ok at the moment I would say but keep your eye on the PSA having it regularly checked and a yearly MRI.
Best wishes
Steve
Michael
Your temporary spike in PSA may have been due to the biopsy. That happened to me. Mine rose from 3.4 before the biopsy to 9.1 after. I almost panicked into having treatment. After 9 months it dropped sharply and has since risen very steadily due to age.
Thanks David Jones actually came down from 5.6 to 3.7 after biopsy but only got 2 cores taken 1was clear other less than 5% Gleeson 6
Thanks glad it's came down due another one in December was told after next mri would go to 3 yearly
