Well Ladies and Gentlemen, I have just had my last HT injection into the old gluteus maximus and it's been a very interesting 30 months. I think I have had every side effect going and yet I am fine in myself. My nadir PSA test will be this August and then PSA tests 6 monthly lifelong. Anyone who isn't aware you can read my journey by clicking on my avatar.
I would just like to say a BIG thank you for everyone who has supported me on this journey and also to everyone in the Community for their continued support for others - you all are an inspiration.
For anyone interested we are looking for Community Champions - and as it's National Volunteering week here's a link for you
No I am not leaving - I thought it was time I posted something!! .
Kind Regards and Thanks - Brian .
Ha!
I am assured once i get down to 8 stone with the help of fat club my moobs (Thanks NHS) will still be there and it will take breast reduction surgery to remove them.
To be honest I can agree with Mr BW - it's handy having your own set.

Hello VickyM
Yes, it's been a "journey" - and there are some bits missing from that - but it's a public forum!! I have had an amazing NHS team - mistakes have been made -but all is good. The support from this Community has been amazing too!
Best wishes - Brian.

I don't know if I mentioned it before - we rescued another ex racing greyhound in January - Mercury - and he's all black with a touch of white underneath. A gentle giant!!
Yes, I remember you mentioned it earlier in the year. Greyhounds are such enigmatic dogs.
After losing our Star during the first lockdown we adopted Patch just over a year ago and it's his tenth birthday today. He's had a difficult life and can still be challenging when he meets other dogs. Here he is this morning totally oblivious to birthday celebrations!
Thanks Derek (excavator)
Yes, thanks. I have been watching your journey with interest - that high initial PSA of 182 is the worry. BUT - all is good at the moment. I am here for the duration so I will crack on - as you say - "let's hope it's the last chapter".
Kind Regards and thanks for your support. - Brian.
