I have advanced prostate cancer. I was diagnosed 5 years ago. I have Gleason score of 10. I was treated with docitaxal and 20 rounds of RT. For five years I have been o Prostrap 3 monthly injections. Recent PSA was 0.89 and rising slowly. Recent Pet PSMA scan shows I am stable but with some activity. Today I noticed a small amount of blood in my urine at the start of passing urine. I am quite concerned and will speak to my CNS tomorrow. On a recent visit my oncologist said he will start adding Enzolutamide when PSA hits 2. I don’t have any symptoms of a UTI so will have to wait for an appointment to probably see a urologist

I hope it's nothing and you have no new issues - Best wishes - Brian.
