Brachytherapy

Has anyone else had brachytherapy on this forum as seem to have no response to my questions would just be interested to know their experience

There are a few on here who have had Brachy , just may not be around  right now.

I am  no expert on HT but do know that they can cause numerous side effects. However these should go away once the HT is stopped although can take some time to clear completely. Hopefully he is on the HT for a limited time?

You don't give any stats ie PSA , Gleeson,  staging  etc which can normally gve an idea of how long on HT

I'm sure someone will post soon who has had Brachy

Thank you Steve it’s all so confusing we are having a follow up call on Monday which is the first since brachytherapy so we have a list of questions to ask

I just replied to you on another thread so I thought I would give you some positive news. A close friend of mine had brachytherapy 3 years ago and it was a total success, he is going from strength to strength & now back to his grumpy old self lol.
