Hi

I wondered if anyone had any experience of this chemo drug after Docetaxel and any mixed therapies including Carboplatin? This may be the next stage of treatment for me.

Many thanks

  • Thanks. I have asked a related question re Cabazitaxel and Radium 223.

  • Hi My husband had his first Cabazitaxel, prednisone and 5 days of Zarzio injections on the 16 March. He is still absolutely flattened by it, only just back eating, still sleeping most of the day. After the Docetaxel (which didn’t work for him) he bounced back pretty quick and was not as poorly no sickness or headache. With this he has nausea, belching, vomiting, headache and couldn’t sleep. I hope it’s just the first cycle affected him like this. He was still golfing with a good quality of life so worried how this is going to affect him going forward. How have you been?
