Hi, is it ok to take Tamsulosin whilst having Prostrap 3 injections. Have been prescribed them by my urologist not the oncologist. I know it may seem a silly question, but my anxiety levels are sky high at the moment. thank you
Hi, I have been on Tamsulosin for urinary issues for just over 2 years. I have also been on HT injections (Prostrap) for the same time frame. There gave been no issues.
Word of warning, I have recently been prescribed Tadafil for ED issues.....what the Doctor and pharmacist missed when prescribing Tadafil is you should not take it if you are also taking Tamsulosin....I found this out myself when I got a bad reaction when I first took Tadafill.
As someone has already mentioned Tamsulosin can lower your blood pressure and so does Tadafil
Funny thing is that when I was having my RT & having problems with poor flow etc I was asked if I had high blood pressure as they preferred that you did due to the impact Tamsulosin can have on lowering BP.
