Mri done 4 to 6 six weeks for biopsies

I would say at the moment that this is fairly normal. The important thing here is that your PSA is quite low, it would be interesting to see what the Mri report actually says . see if it talks about size and location within the gland I would ask for a copy. Of course it can't be def PC until a biopsy is done.

Trouble with changing hospitals is that it could take a while, I would stick with it, if your stats r low which it does look like then time is on your side. come back when u know more

Pablo, I agree with Grundo, best not to change hospitals as you would probably have to wait even longer.

I can't recall exactly how long it was for me but feel that 4-6 weeks was about it.

I agree with the others, I wouldnt going to another hospital.

Sounds perfectly normal.  Pretty much the same timescale for me back in 2020.  Remember, prostate cancer, especially in its early stages, is a very slow growing thing.

Hi...just a question...Where you not offered a prostatectomy..Or just decided on the radiotherapy instead 

I was unsuitable for surgery so my choice was 1. Hormones and Radiotherapy or 2. do nothing.

I'm happy with the Hormones and Radiotherapy option.

Thank you for getting back..I was a bit confused. As your psa was so low...I presumed that was what they offered.. 

It was 12.9 when I was diagnosed in May last year.  Down to 0.09 in February and now 0.03
