Hi MB88 welcome to the forum. I am sorry to hear what has been happening for you and over such a long space of time. I'm sure it must feel like Cancer has come into your life and never left. I hope that you are on the mend from the latest surgery. Is this the last surgery or are there plans for further treatment for you? Best wishes for now Gail

Thanks for reaching out. I received my results this morning, and all the cancer has been removed with clear margins. Now, I’ll be having 3-month checks of my glands and lymph nodes. 

My advice is, if you have any concerns, go see your GP. Don’t be put off by creams; insist on being referred. If this was treated years ago, it would have been a different story. I know men can be bashful about showing their penis to strangers, but seriously, don’t be.

Did you have the lymph nodes and the resurfacing done at the same time?

Hi. No I didn’t, my treatment was over 7 months. Circumcision in January, lymph nodes removal in April, further biopsies in May and resurfacing in July.  It’s worth mentioning that 2 weeks post surgery the glands appearance are back to normal as though surgery never happened.
