Hi Horus and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I don't have any experience with this type of cancer but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. You might find this information from Macmillan on staging and grading of penile cancer helpful. If you are still unsure then you could post your question in the ask a nurse section of the online community and one of the specialist nurses will reply within 3 working days.
Wishing you all the best
