Can micro cyst in the liver can be in fact metastases from pancreas?

Hi Coelia welcome to the forum. I've had a look at the site to see if there are details gor this but I can't see any. However, as far as I am aware micro cysts in the liver are not uncommon,  benign and can be present from birth. As the CT scan hasn't picked up any issues with the Pancreas it's difficult to see how it could be metastasis from the Pancreas when the scan was clear.. My father had Pancreatic Cancer and his showed up on the CT scan otherwise we wouldn't have known it was there. I can understand why you would be worried with the symptoms you are experiencing and I imagine that you are having ongoing investigations to find the route cause for your symptoms.
