So an update on my Dad who was diagnosed with pancreatic and liver cancer at Christmas...
Its his birthday on Monday. He will be 82. He is now in a hospital bed at home and is incredibly weak. Hes still eating and drinking a bit but has zero power or energy and requires round the clock care. He has lost alot of weight. We take it in turns to stay with Mum so she is never alone with him. We have carers coming in twice a day also. Despite his lack of energy and power thankfully he appears not to be in much pain. He gets very agitated and frustrated understandably. I wonder now just whats next but try to take each day at a time xx
Hi Amjadr
I am sure you are keeping your Dad as comfortable as you can
Wish him a Happy Birthday on Monday
Kevin
