Just wondering if anyone has been part of a clinical trial for stage 4 pancreatic cancer ?
We are waiting on our appointment with the oncologist at the beatson’s cancer hospital. But we were asked if we could be interested in clinical trials we are obviously wanting to prolong the cancer for as long as possible so just trying to get some info if anyone has tried this before.
We were first diagnosed early December the wait for this apt has been so long and it worries me that time that chemo could have been helped has been waisted as there feels no urgency when you ask it’s because of the Christmas period … sorry but cancer doesn’t stop spreading because it’s Christmas !
