Hi. Just wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with HGS Ovarian Stage 4, but it can’t actually be seen on the ovaries or surrounding area. Test results from biopsy/op/ fluid from around lungs show I hv this disease. But, I am told, I am unusual as the disease cannot be seen in the gynae area??? However diagnosis is correct as the markers/cells indicate this.
just wondered if it was only me???
thank you
Hi. I don’t have the same as you but I have a growth in my colon which is made from gynaecological cells so I have been diagnosed with clear cell ovarian cancer. I don’t have any ovaries or reproductive system. They’ve said mine is from endometriosis. I’m told I am unusual as well so you aren’t alone in that respect
Just so strange & everyone is like ‘but how can that happen?’ ‘ don’t understand it’. Well neither do I I hv some more questions for next time I see oncologist so I can get it more straight in my own head.
but nice to have contact with another ‘Unusual’
