Absolutely numb never expected to hear the words 99%, sure you have cancer waiting for biopsy to plan treatment from here any words of support as my heads in a shed
Hi Weathergirl,
Yes, it is quite a shock to say the least. However, once you manage to get your head around it to some degree, I found that a clear diagnosis and plan of action helped.
It is not an easy process, but try to stay focused on one day at a time, valuing what you have, and alleviating any unpleasant effects the best you can. I find that seeing friends and family makes a big difference to me, enjoying the good days, and getting through the less pleasant ones.
I am more than happy to answer any more specific questions if you have any and wish you all the best in coming to terms with this and knowing that your future may not be as hoped for, but we still do have a future!
Hugs and empathy,
Fatface xx

Hi I have recently been diagnosed and struggling with the fact that I have cancer . The bloating is very hard to deal with and waiting for treatment to start (in about 4 weeks ). I go through so many emotions . Calm, angry , crying and shear panic . What symptoms did you suffer with ? How do you cope ??. Xx
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
