Hi,
I have recently had cytoreductive surgery for a large ovarian tumour and been left with some side effects.
My surgery was big and involved having my spleen removed as well, so I anticipate it's going to be a while to get back to normal.
I still have my catheter in, after several failed trials without it and have now been referred to urology. Also I have numbness in part of my right buttock and horrible sciatic pains which are keeping me awake. I have also been referred on for this as well.
Does anyone know if these are common complications and whether they do mostly resolve in time?
Thank you,
Trudy
