Hi I am new to posting, I had ovarian cancer, diagnosed in November, 25cm mass on each ovary, had a full hysterectomy which found grade 3 cancer in my omentum , which had spread to my bowel. Had a radical hysterectomy and omentum removed and six rounds of chemo. I have been offered letrozole but am reading about the side effects
Just wondering if anyone on here has any experience of letrozole, so I can make my decision whether to take it
