I just want to start off by saying I don’t have a diagnosis of Ovarian cancer and I do not want to be insensitive to those of you who are currently going through this illness. So I apologise if I upset or offend anyone.
I am posting on here as I feel a bit hopeless at this point I have previously had issues with ovarian cysts I am currently 25 and have two children however I am petrified at the moment I have ovarian cancer and the doctor will not look further into it because of my age.
my symptoms being-
lighter periods
pain during sex sometimes
extremely gassy
constipation
belly pooch that won’t go
abdominal pain sharp/ dull which goes into my leg
tiredness
bloating
a lot of discharge
on and off acid reflux
I have been having these symptoms for months well actually for over a year now I had an ultrasound back in august last year when I was pregnant and they said everything looked normal. I have had blood tests not CA125 though, fit test and inflammation tests for bowels, a negative cervical smear. All my tests results are normal and the doctors keep putting my symptoms down to anxiety I got declined an ultrasound from the hospital and I just don’t know what to do I feel awful and I’m scared but no one is listening.
could these symptoms be something else or did anyone have these symptoms before diagnosis? I am so scared and any response would be great fully appreciated.
