I'm ready for surgery, so what ideas and tips have we shared.
Ginger biscuits and mints are good for nausea.are useful.
Long nighties in hospital.
When my tummy was swollen over the bump pants.
Mints after surgery due to wind pain.
Entertainment when having chemo and in hospital.
I'm sure there are loads more but having it in one thread may be easier.
Hope your all living life as well as you can.

Great idea. Some more suggestions:
A long cable to charge your mobile phone so you are not stretching to charge your phone.
Drinking straws so it's easier to drink from your cup.
Peppermint tea to help with the wind pain after surgery.
A spare plastic cup as the hospital only provides one plastic cup.
Dressing gown.
Slippers.
Pen and paper to note down any questions you wish to ask the doctors and what they tell you.
A few sheets of kitchen roll to mop up the spilt water from the table over your bed as the water goes every where when you pour from those small plastic jugs.
