Following an internal scan four weeks ago I have to have a biopsy on 28th under general anaesthetic, since then my condition has got worse with constant bloating and burning pain under ribs. I am tired and suffering brain fog, I am really worried this is a sign of omemtum cancer and don't know if I should speak to doctor or hospital given I am not diagnosed yet? Any advice would be appreciated

I'm sorry to read that since you've had an internal scan you have new symptoms which are worrying you. If you have a contact number for your consultant then giving them a call and talking things through with them might be a good idea. If you don't have a direct line then the hospital switchboard should be able to help.
