I was given my diagnosis at the end of March. I was told that given the present situation an operation was out of the question and chemo is ineffective on it’s own. I am on Anastrozole and have been for just over a month, so far I have had no side effects.
I would like to know if anyone else is on this drug and your experiences taking it.

It's good to hear that you haven't had any side effects yet and I hope that continues!
I don't have any experience with either ovarian cancer or Anastrozole but I noticed that your post hadn't had any response yet. This could be because the person with the right experience hasn't seen it yet or because it's slipped down the page.
