Hi
I'm sorry to read that your dad has been diagnosed with MDS.
I don't have any experiences to share, as I had a different type of cancer, but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. I typed 'MDS' into the search bar but only found a couple of previous posts which mention it. However, there are quite a few posts in the stem cell transplants for blood cancer group which you could also join and post in. If this is something you'd like to do clicking on my link will take you straight there.
It would be great if you could pop something about your dad's journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
