After a hairy few weeks where I thought i had stage 3 bladder cancer, it turns out I have malt lymphoma in my bladder.
I don't know if it is a primary or secondary. 1st haematology appointment is on the 16th at kings college.

As I said in your other post I don't have MALT but I have been on my journey for over 26 years…. diagnosed at 43 with my 1st type of rare, hard to treat, incurable T-Cell NHL then my second very rare T-Cell NHL appeared in late 2013……. but I am still here at 70 living a great life.
Lymphoma is very different from solid tumour cancers………
Lymphoma develops when a type of white blood cell, called lymphocytes, grow out of control. Lymphocytes are part of yourimmune system, which helps to fight infection.
Lymphocytes travel around your body in the lymphatic system which contains a fluid called lymph. The lymph fluid passes through glands (lymph nodes), which are spread throughout your body. For this reason, lymphoma might also be referred to as a cancer of the immune system.
If you have lymphoma, your lymphocytes divide in an abnormal way or do not die when they should. The abnormal lymphocytes build up. This can be in almost any part of your body, but is often felt in your armpits, neck or groin.
The symptoms of lymphoma depend on where the lymphoma starts, what parts of your body it affects, and what type of lymphoma it is……. so this was a long way to say that where ever the Lymphoma is presenting in the body it’s Lymphoma as there is no primary or secondary……
