Hi Vickyc69 and welcome to our corner of the Community.
There a number of types of T-Cell Lymphoma, do you know what exact type it is?
As for treatment, it will all depend on what type he is getting do you know the name?
I lost over 27kgs leading up to and during treatment and this can be normal.
Keep posting as we will help as best as we can

Hi Vicky, I had a treatment called R-EPOCH that also had me in hospital for 5 days/nights for 6 cycles three weeks apart and it did a great job but it was used to move onto having 2 Stem Cell Transplant.
If you can find out some more info (type of T-Cell and treatment name) we could help better.
Lack of appetite can be normal but he does need to try and eat something to keep his strength up.
Its all very scary but on the whole very treatable.
Mike
