Hi , so first good news about the ‘all clear’ but frustrating about the runs and the investigations.
Reassurances? Over my treatment, post my treatment but before I went to Stem Cell Transplant I lost 27kgs and had a few one week continues runs but all came ok...... but I was checked out every time,
((hugs)?
Thank you it's just having the runs this long everytime he eats or waked up I wouldn't say its a huge weight loss but significantly just from having the runs think we both thinking the worst that it back, he had a low grade and a high grade the high being treatable the low being managed he has to hav the R of the R-Chop for 2 yrs over 2mths at a time he's had one of them sofar next wk be his 2nd x
Maggaz, it’s good that he is getting checked out.
It takes time to regain trust in our bodies..... The runs were due to a few stomach issues brought on by my treatment and food indeed basically went straight through me and no meds could stop it.
((hugs)) again xx
Thank you so much for your help has eased me a little x
Hi, good to see Mike has reassured you, two questions has he suffered with peripheral neuropathy since his rchop and has he had bowel issues for a while since treatment where he experiences constipation then being loose?
Its a long shot but when he sees his consultant it may be worth discussing neuropathy to the autonomic system, the Lymphoma Action site magazine, which you can download has a good article explaining the different types of neuropathy we can suffer with, both short and long term post treatment.

Then my thoughts are probably misplaced and its likely to be something totally different, hope he gets sorted as its no fun I suffered for nearly 2 weeks once and it does wear you down.
