Can anyone give any further insight into any relationship between anaemia & lymphoma ? Previous hospital said lymphoma was causing his anaemia needing blood transfusions - today, the new consultant has said that lymphoma does not cause anaemia & it can only be caused by either bleeding somewhere or malabsorbtion! Surely both can't be right ?

Reading this link What is anaemia? suggests that there is a link between having Lymphoma and Anaemia specifically when Lymphoma is present in the Bone Marrow……. as I had at one point in time ((hugs))
