Husband recently diagnosed with NET in abdomen

Hi everyone. My husband has recently been diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour in his abdomen. We have the first specialist appointment tomorrow at the hospital to talk about treatment, next steps.

Any advice as we are both very anxious (more me than him)

  • Hi I think best to go with the flow I know that sounds a bit odd but I took that view and it helped me. Remember that notes is described as a non-aggressive so there’s another plus and finally I’ve had nets now for 13yrs and it’s not affected my life that much.
