Have had thyroidectomy and T1b papillary thyroid cancer found. In 3 weeks I have surgery for lung wedge resection for suspected NET. Very concerned about the recovery from the lung keyhole surgery and have allowed a month of Ld work - will it be enough???

I can't help with your question, as I haven't had this procedure, but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list where it'll be easier to spot.
If no one comes forward from the group to share their experience of lung keyhole surgery with you, you could give your CNS a call as they should be able to advise you how long you'll need off work.

I didn't know you were being treated overseas when I replied to you as you haven't completed your profile yet. That said, your hospital team should be able to give you some indication of how long you will need to be off work.
When you have a minute it would be really useful if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment so far into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway.
