  • Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.

I had a different type of cancer so can't help with any shared experiences I'm afraid. However, I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet so responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list where it'll be more easily spotted.

If you haven't seen it already this is the information from Macmillan about NETS. There is also this information about making treatment decisions which might give you some ideas of questions you might want to ask.

While you're waiting for replies, would be great if you could pop something about your husband's diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.

  • A good place to look is the neuroendocrine cancer UK website. It's very informative.

My wife had neuroendocrine cancer too. Unfortunately for us the outcome wasn't good but I'm sure you will get the answers you need on that site.

    Best wishes,
