Does any one have bowel obstruction 1 year after the net operation.

Hello dear All

i want to get sone more idea from this group. I have had an operation last year 14.07.21 as symptom of  Carcinoid tumour of small bowel (pT4 N1, G1 Ki67 <2%, R0, 8 of 20 lymph nodes involved by cancer. And they removed about 0.90 cm from my bowel and clean all area also they clean 8 lengths modes is well and they remove my bladder is well. Any way since this year June i am very well and healthy. I have done all my control scan and Dota Pet is well all clear but from June i have look like similar problem cramps pain vomiting i have been A/E 4-5 times a month than they put tube on my noise and keep me there 1-2 days they said i have had bowel obstruction. And they recognise i have a tiny metastas on my liver than we start a monthly injection treatment Lanreotide on 22.07.22. Beside that they give me creon tablet is well i start using booth but nothing change in my pain still every 5-10 days i have to go hospital with same problem. Finally last time when i have in hospital they give me fluid to find where is the blockage and they found. 
They have a plan now to do another operation for me to check why is been block they will try with laparoscopic surgery first if not going well they do open surgeries again. 
please does have any body come cross same problem i have. 
i am really under depression now killed all my day to day life family life work life so i have no any idea what i can do how ever i can decided to do operation some how because there is not any other option. I have loose 13 kg in 3-4 months i am scare to eat dietitian help me to my daily food choose but stilll i am not eat properly because off gas and cramps pain kill me and i am scare to block the bowel agin.

please send me your suggestion and good wishes if does any body similar symptoms i have.
