Neuroendocrine tumour

I am Brian, one of the Community Champions here on the online Community. I have just noticed your post has gone unanswered. I can't answer it myself as I have a different cancer, however by me replying your post will be "bumped up" to the top of the page and I hope seen and answered by other members of the group.

Hi millibob thank you for replying. Yes i have been told the surgery was successful and the chemo therapy is an insurance policy to ensure it stays that way.

I look forward to hearing from anyone in this group who has same as me.

I know this is a little late, I've only just joined the forum. I have a NET but in my colon, I've not had treatment yet but just wanted to reassure you that 2 other people I have known with different cancers both had treatment after surgery for the same reason you were told, the cancer was gone they were just doubling down to make sure and both went on to be cancer free.

it’s not to late glad you came granitewave and hope you get your treatment soon and as i mentioned before my surgeon said that neuroendocrine tumours are extremely treatable just everyone hang on in there and keep smiling ️

Good morning everyone on forum. Yes i had a nice weekend. Trying to keep busy as i have my results tomorrow. I am hoping everything is fine. I will let you know.
