It was discovered whilst I was in hospital for something else that I had a lesion on the c2 vertebrae. I had no idea it was there and no pain symptoms. It was suggested that the best thing to do was have radiation on the lesion. Just 5 standard doses administered 4 and a half weeks ago. I have had horrible side effects from this procedure. The worse being acute tight pain in the neck. Has anyone else out there experienced this. Just wondering hiw long it will last before it subsides. I see the consultant tomorrow..so hoping to shed some light on this. It is a very debilitating pain. Living in hope it will subside soon
