Hi Joy , thanks for making contact with me. I am due for stem cell transplant on the 2/8 . They say i am young and fit enough to withstand the treatment. My light chains had decreased significantly and i had thought i may not need transplant but they are now increasing which answers the question for me ie that i need. My treatment program getting quite busy now as part of the preparation and that sometimes feels overwhelming ie dates and tests needed but i have decided to take one day at a time and get through that rather than looking at the whole plan as a whole.
I hope that you get good news when you get your results . I am glad we have this website as we can express fears, hopes and joy through same. Covid will be with us for some time and we just have to navigate through and keep focussed on our personal diagnosis and how we will get through that. Take care for now and keep in touch
