Hi, i have Myeloma and have been in remission since November 2023. Just lately I have been having terrible cramps at night in my feet, legs and hands. They co.e on without warning. When im getting in and out of bed, when im getting in and out of the car and sometimes if I cough or sneeze I feel as if my ribs are breaking, the pain is unbearable sometimes.its as if my muscles go o to spasms. Does anyone else experience this, and can anyone suggest anything to ease it. Thank you
