Hi all, I had a STC transplant in August last year which went well.I returned to work in Feb this year.Ive been monitored on monthly bloods which were fine until the last two when my paraproteins have spiked to 3.5 now.My consultant raised my lenelomide from 5mg to 10mg starting last week. There telling me to try not to worry but that's impossible tbh. I suppose I'm asking if anyone has had this kind of setback?

Hi again J19 sorry to hear about the anxiety around you paraproteins spiking…… as I have a different blood cancer I can’t help you with this.….. although I have head the exact same words “try not to worry” from my clinical teams over the 8 years post my second Allo SCT…… I have to say in my case my worry was unfounded as things did come ok - looking for the same for you.
