Hi
Can you claim for a refund on dental treatment as MM is classed as terminal due to no cure.
Many months ago I was informed by my hospital I jeered a check up prior to my Zometa infusion.
My check up revealed I needed attention to four teeth but as we thought my Zometa infusions were imminent my dentist said there was not enough time to repair them. As I could not be taken on as an NHS Patient due to no dentists taking these patients on I had to pay over £400 for 4 extractions.
My Zometa did not start for over 6 months so the teeth could have been saved !
Dave
